Nepal offers various categories of hotel and lodging options ranging from five star luxury hotels to no-star. International standard lodging is easily available in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Other popular tourism destinations also offer many quality hotels and resorts. Most hotels in the cities offer dining facilities except for small lodges.
Popular trekking destinations such as Annapurna Circuit trail, Sanctuary, Lantang-Gosain Kunda-Helambu and Everest Region along the main trails offer various standards of lodging from basic comfort in most locations with hot and cold shower to more comfortable ones with improved facilities in places frequented by travelers.
Our Nepal trips offer various choices of lodging:
In the gateway cities, we offer quality lodgings ranging from 3 stars to 5 stars depending on the type of package trip booked.
While trekking in the popular destinations in the foothills and mountains, we use best available lodges located along the main trails.
When trekking in the nature off the beaten tracks, camping is the best option of lodging. During our organized trekking programs, we carry quality camping equipment that includes two person tents, foam mattresses, a dining tent, tables and stools, and full set of cooking gear along with utensils. We carry all the necessary food supplies that are both fresh and packaged. Professional guides, cooking crew, and porters accompany the trek to serve you. Our recommendation is that a well organized camping trek is highly suggested even on the main trails during peak trekking season from October to November and March to April. These organized camping treks are better for avoiding congestion at lodges that often have a short supply of rooms, and delays during meals and shower. We serve freshly prepared hot meals three times a day, and warm bowl of washing water in the mornings to your tent and hand washing station is provided in the evenings.
We organize and operate camping treks in all emerging destinations as there are not any established lodges along the route. When you are on our camping trek program, your luggage is carried by porters, and all you carry is your daypack with accessories you need during the day.
